Santander is located north of Bogotá. This is an area that is not necessarily known for its coffee but still has a nice Colombian profile. Soft, caramel, milk chocolate with a light citrus acidity. We always look for a coffee with a classic profile with a not too high acidity to have in our range for a long time. This flavor profile is a perfect coffee for an accessible espresso or coffee with milk. Bucaramanga is a new area with many smal farmers but also smaller coops where the coffee is processed. This coffee comes from different farmers, but also from different processing stations.
